Wings (First Book in the Wings Series) by Aprilyn Pike

This series has become one of my absolute favorites. It has a few of my favorite elements packed into one book: romance, love triangles, fantasy and adventure. Stories about Faries don't  pop up a lot in the book world very often , so I was interested to see what Aprilyn Pike would do with the Genre. This version has the fairies as plants, which makes total sense if you think about Fairies' love for nature. Lauren as a character is pretty balanced and her current love interest in this book, David, is also well written making this couple very fun to read about! However as most romance stories go, there is yet another boy in the mix and we know that later on in the series Laurel will have to choose between the two! This is a very promising beginning to a series, Definitely recommend! I hope that there is some more backstory of the fairies in the second book!

Rating 10 out of 10! This book was very good, I can't wait to read the rest of the series!
